The solution
A Python scraping package bundled as a client-ready ZIP (scraper package.zip) with two PDF guides - START HERE.pdf (team onboarding) and README FOR PROSPECTS.pdf (client-facing) - plus STUART TEMPLATE.docx demonstrating the downstream output format the team uses.
