These Terms govern your use of yehonatandev.com (the "Site") and any related services. By visiting the Site or contacting us through it, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the Site.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using yehonatandev.com you confirm that you are at least 16 years old and that you accept these Terms in full. We may update them from time to time - see section 9 for how changes are communicated.

2. What this site is

yehonatandev.com is the personal portfolio of Yehonatan Saadia, an independent freelance engineer. The Site showcases past work, lists services, and provides a contact form. The Site itself does not sell goods, accept payments, or host user accounts.

3. Intellectual property

All text, images, design, code, and case-study content on the Site are © Yehonatan Saadia (or shown with the permission of the original client) and are protected by copyright. You may not republish, mirror, or commercially redistribute the content without written permission. Linking to public pages is welcome. Logos and trademarks of clients featured in case studies remain the property of their respective owners and are shown for portfolio purposes only.

4. Information you submit

When you fill the contact form, you grant us a limited right to use the information you provide solely to respond to your enquiry and deliver any services we agree on. Don't submit confidential third-party data, NDAs we haven't signed, or sensitive personal data. Anything you do submit is handled per our Privacy Policy.

5. Permitted use

You agree NOT to: • scrape, mass-download, or load-test the Site or its API endpoints; • reverse-engineer or decompile any code embedded in the public site; • use the contact form for spam, harassment, or unsolicited commercial offers; • impersonate any other person or organisation; • circumvent the consent banner, ad-blocking, or any technical protection measure. Violation may result in your IP being blocked and, where damage is caused, civil action.

6. Disclaimers

The Site and its content are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses. Information about technologies, vendors, or third-party services is provided for context and may become outdated. Always verify with the vendor before relying on it.

7. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall Yehonatan Saadia be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, lost profits, lost data, or business interruption, arising from or in connection with your use of the Site, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Where liability cannot be excluded by law (consumer protection laws in some jurisdictions), liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted.

8. Third-party links and services

The Site links to third-party platforms (UpWork, LinkedIn, GitHub, Google Analytics). Booking a call connects your visit to Google Calendar + Google Meet so we can create an event on your behalf. These services have their own terms and privacy policies - we are not responsible for their content or practices. Loading external resources is gated by the cookie banner where applicable.

9. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms when material changes occur (new services, regulatory updates, or policy changes). The "Last updated" date at the top reflects the latest revision. Continuing to use the Site after a change is published constitutes acceptance. For significant changes affecting consent or data handling, we'll prompt you again via the cookie banner.

10. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the country where the Site operator is resident, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Mandatory consumer protection rights of your home jurisdiction (where applicable, e.g. EU consumer rights) are not affected. Any disputes will first be addressed by good-faith correspondence; if unresolved, by competent courts of the operator's residence.
