A published job can signal a hiring need but not necessarily a suitable opportunity. Good monitoring retains source, role, location, date, match terms, and open or closed state, then routes it for review. It does not assume the company needs your service or that a particular manager is the contact.

Filter duplicate postings appearing across boards, show only new change or recent publication, and let the team record a reason for no outreach. Reviewed records retain their decision so the company is not approached again about the same posting.

Respect board terms and privacy. Candidate data are not sales material. The goal is research into a public business need, not collecting personal details.
