Pricing
What this actually costs
Real ranges for automation, websites, MVPs, AI agents and web scraping, with what moves the number up or down. Every project is quoted fixed-price after a short scoping call, so you approve the figure before work starts.
Key takeaways
- A single automated workflow runs a few hundred to a few thousand dollars; a brochure website $1,500-$5,000; a simple MVP a few thousand to about $10,000.
- Scope drives the price far more than technology choice. The same feature list costs the same in no-code or custom code.
- Everything is fixed-price after scoping. No hourly surprises, and no agency markup, because you hire me directly.
- Third-party costs (AI model usage, hosting, paid APIs) are billed to you directly by those providers and are never inside my price.

What moves the price
Number of integrations
Each system the work has to talk to adds auth, error handling and testing. Two tools is not twice one tool, it is closer to three times.
How messy the source data is
Clean, consistent data is quick. Free-text fields, duplicates and inconsistent formats are where the hours go.
Whether content is ready
On websites, waiting for copy and images is the single most common reason a project slips. Ready content can halve the timeline.
Ongoing versus one-off
Anything that must keep running needs monitoring, alerting and maintenance. That is a monthly line, and it is worth it.
Pricing questions
Do you work hourly or fixed-price?
Fixed-price for defined projects. After a short scoping call I send a written quote with the scope, the price and the timeline, and that is the number you pay. Ongoing maintenance and retainers are billed monthly at an agreed rate.
What is not included in the price?
Third-party costs are billed to you directly by those providers: AI model and API usage such as OpenAI, hosting, domains, paid data sources and paid plugins. I tell you the expected monthly figure before we start so there is no surprise.
How do payments work?
Typically half on approval of the quote and half on delivery. Larger projects are split into milestones so you are never paying far ahead of delivered work. Invoices are issued by the registered business, אלמה א.י.
Is there a minimum project size?
In practice, around $300. Below that the scoping and handover overhead costs more than the work itself, and you are usually better served by an off-the-shelf tool. I will say so if that is the case.
Do you offer maintenance after launch?
Yes. Every engagement ends with documentation, monitoring and a support window. After that you can extend monthly. Automations and scrapers in particular need maintenance, because the systems they talk to keep changing.
