WhatsApp Cloud API

Your Business, Running Inside WhatsApp

In Israel the customer is already on WhatsApp, and a personal phone does not scale. I build on Meta's official Cloud API - approved message templates, a two-way inbox, booking confirmations and reminders, bulk sends that respect the rules - connected to your CRM so the history lives with the customer record.

Key takeaways

  • Outside a 24-hour window from the customer's last message you may only send an approved template. That rule shapes the whole design.
  • Templates go to Meta for review, so the wording is a lead time, not an afterthought. Plan them before the build.
  • Bulk sending has to be paced and has to stop itself on Meta's rate and spam codes, or the number gets restricted.
  • Pricing is set by Meta and has changed more than once. Any number you are quoted should link to the official page and carry a date.

What I build

  • Cloud API setup: number registration, webhooks, business profile
  • Message templates drafted, submitted to Meta and status-tracked
  • A two-way inbox with the 24-hour window enforced in the interface
  • Booking confirmations, reminders and transactional notifications
  • Paced bulk campaigns with opt-out handling and auto-pause on rate limits
  • CRM integration so every message sits on the customer record

How it works

  1. A short scoping call

What hurts today, what you already use, and what "done" looks like.

  2. A written fixed-price quote

Scope, price and timeline in writing, approved before any work starts.

  3. Built in stages, on your real data

You see a working first version early, not a demo at the end.

  4. Handover with documentation and monitoring

You own the code and the data, and a support window follows launch.

Working with me from the US or Europe

  • Most of my client work is for companies in the US, UK, Germany, the Netherlands and Australia.
  • Calls are in English and scheduled in your time zone. My working day covers most of the European one and the US East Coast morning.
  • A fixed price in US dollars, agreed in writing before any work starts.
  • Pay me directly, or hire me through Upwork if you prefer to work through a platform.
  • You own the code and the data, with documentation and a support window after launch.

Frequently asked questions

What is the difference from WhatsApp Business the app?

The app is one phone, one person, manual. The Cloud API is a programmable channel: several people in one inbox, messages triggered by your systems, templates, and history that lands in your CRM. If one person handles all your chats today, the app is genuinely enough and I will say so.

Can I message a list of customers?

Yes, through approved templates, paced, with opt-out honoured. What you cannot do is blast free text at people who have not written to you in the last 24 hours - that is what gets a number restricted. The build enforces this rather than leaving it to discipline.

How much does WhatsApp itself cost?

Meta charges per conversation and has revised the model more than once, so the honest answer is to read the official pricing page, which is linked in the sources above, on the day you decide. My side is the build and the integration; Meta bills the messaging separately to your account.
