Accessibility statement

Last updated: 21 October 2026

We want everyone, including people with disabilities, to be able to use this website.

Level of accessibility

The site is built to meet the Israeli standard SI 5568, which is based on WCAG 2.0 level AA, and the Israeli Equal Rights for Persons with Disabilities (Service Accessibility Adjustments) Regulations, 2013. It has not yet been audited by an external accessibility consultant.

Accessibility features

  • Hebrew pages are marked as Hebrew and laid out right to left.
  • The site adapts to phones, tablets and computers.
  • An accessibility menu built for this site (not a third-party plugin). It opens from the accessibility button at the edge of the screen; its options are listed below.

Accessibility menu options

What the accessibility menu offers

The accessibility menu opens with the accessibility button in the corner of the screen, or by tabbing to it and pressing Enter. Settings are saved in your browser only and stay on across pages and visits. "Reset all settings" restores the default view.

  • Quick navigation - Quick navigation between the main pages.

Text and display

  • Font size - Font size in five steps.
  • Letter spacing - More space between letters and words.
  • Line height - More space between lines.
  • Zoom - Zoom the whole page.
  • Text alignment - Align text to the right, left or centre.
  • Readable font - Switch to a plain, more readable font.
  • Highlight headings - Highlight all headings.
  • Highlight links - Highlight all links.
  • Text magnifier - Show the text under the pointer enlarged in a floating box.

  • Contrast - Dark contrast (light text on dark), light contrast (dark text on light) and high contrast (black, white and yellow).

  • Custom colours - Choose a colour for headings, text and background.

  • Reading guide - A reading bar that follows the pointer.
  • Reading mask - Darken the screen except a band around the pointer.
  • Highlight on hover - Outline the element under the pointer.
  • Highlight on click - Briefly highlight the element that was clicked.
  • Reading mode - Show the page content as plain text, without styling or images.
  • Keyboard navigation - A strong focus indicator, and shortcut keys to move between headings, links, buttons, form fields, menus and images.
  • Read aloud - Read text aloud on click, using the browser's speech engine.
  • Voice commands - Voice commands (in browsers that support speech recognition).

  • Hide images - Hide images.
  • Stop animations - Stop animations, transitions and moving elements.

Shortcut keys (when "Keyboard navigation" is on)

A key moves to the next element of that type, Shift with the key to the previous one. The keys work with any keyboard layout.

  • H - headings
  • L - links
  • B - buttons
  • F - form fields
  • M - menus
  • G - images

Voice commands (when "Voice commands" is on)

  • "stop listening" - Microphone off
  • "scroll down" - Scroll down
  • "scroll up" - Scroll up
  • "top of page" - Top of page
  • "bottom of page" - Bottom of page
  • "go back" - Go back
  • "home page" - Home page
  • "bigger" - Larger text
  • "smaller" - Smaller text
  • "stop reading" - Stop reading
  • "read page" - Read the page
  • "accessibility menu" - Accessibility menu
  • "reset" - Reset settings

You can also say the name of a page from quick navigation. Speech is recognised by the browser's speech service (for example Google's, in Chrome), and the audio may be sent to its servers. This site does not record or store it, and the microphone stays on only until the page is closed. Available only in browsers that support speech recognition.

Read aloud uses the browser and operating system speech engine, and its quality depends on the voice installed on the device. It does not replace a screen reader; screen reader users (NVDA, JAWS, VoiceOver and others) should keep using theirs.

Parts that are not fully accessible

Despite our efforts, some parts may not yet be fully accessible, including third-party content embedded in the site (such as videos), which we do not control. If you run into a barrier, contact us and we will provide the information another way.

Physical access

The service is provided remotely (phone, WhatsApp, email and video calls); there is no walk-in office.
