There is no reliable integration price based only on interface count. One interface can include authentication, personal data, dozens of exceptions, two-way writes, and financial tests; ten read-only interfaces may be simpler. A sound quote decomposes effort drivers rather than presenting a magic number.

Map every connection: source and destination, direction, frequency, volume, fields, identifiers, permissions, failure handling, repeated operations, test environment, monitoring, and ongoing owner. Record assumptions, such as API availability and client sample data. Discovery that an assumption is wrong changes scope visibly.

Work phases and range estimates are possible only after discovery. A client should see what is included, excluded, and which decisions can affect cost, not receive a promise based on a system name.
