Divide the sheet into intake-only, managed data, protected calculation, and report areas. Each has one writing user or process. A price, status, or customer change receives a record ID, update time, and editor name. If a change needs approval, add a form or request queue instead of direct editing.
Also inspect version history and define a restore procedure. Daily conflicts are requirements evidence: the business needs a form, CRM, or database with activity history, not another explanatory tab.
