Contract Renewals: Send the Reminder on Time Without Missing Terms and Exceptions

An end date alone is not enough for contract renewal. Retain notice date, renewal period, price, indexation, owner, cancellation terms, and signed document.

An end date alone is not enough for contract renewal. Retain notice date, renewal period, price, indexation, owner, cancellation terms, and signed document. Otherwise a reminder arrives on time but no one knows which offer to send or whether the client already gave a different notice.

Define windows for early review, customer contact, approval, and escalation before deadline. Each step has an owner and outcome. A contract without document, with missing data, or with an unusual change enters manual review; automation does not assume renewal just because a date approaches.

The key report shows amount and date by state, contracts without owner, and contracts already expired. Expected revenue then rests on actual status, not a pile of reminders.
