Questions
What if one of the systems has no API?
Then the options are a scheduled file exchange, a database-level connection where that is allowed, or browser automation as a last resort. Each has trade-offs, and you hear which one you are getting before any work starts.
How is a connection priced?
Fixed price, agreed after a short scoping call, based on how many systems are involved, which direction the data moves and how clean it is. The published ranges for automation workflows and multi-step systems are on the pricing page.
What happens when one side changes or goes down?
Every connection ships with retries, logging and an alert on repeated failure, so a broken sync surfaces the same day instead of a month later.
