The goal
Replace a WordPress and Elementor site with a faster Hebrew site that carries the group's real projects, keeps the old addresses, and is built to be found by both search engines and AI assistants.
The solution
A static multi-page Hebrew RTL site. The home page opens on a scroll film of the engineers on site with the logo, then a short about, key numbers, project cards with a fingerprint tab and status tag, the two business lines (entrepreneurship and execution), and a contact band that lets the visitor pick a project. Inner pages cover about, vision, team with a page per person, urban renewal, execution services, projects with a page per project, an apartment fair, media coverage, a blog and contact. Content comes from the old WordPress through its API; forms send by email; the build is plain files, so moving hosts is a copy.

Highlights
- Staging site live for the client to review
The challenge
The design had to follow a reference site the client likes while staying the group's own.
Built a clickable demo first, took the client's notes round by round, and only then rebuilt it as the real site.
What was delivered
- Public site with scroll-film opening
- A page per project and per team member
- Contact forms by email

What it taught me
- A clickable demo makes the client's feedback concrete before any production code
