The goal
Replace the old WordPress site with a fast, modern one that opens on the company's own buses, keeps every search-ranked URL, and that the office can edit and publish without a developer - and run the company's dispatching on one operations system.
The solution
The public site is a static multi-page Hebrew RTL build with a scroll film in the opening (97 frames on a sticky canvas that advance as you scroll), then services, fleet, team, gallery and articles - 14 pages and 19 articles copied from the old site under the same Hebrew URLs. An admin on its own server lets the team edit text and images and publish with one button; sign-in is a password plus an authenticator code. Alongside it I built the operations system: order and dispatch screens, a war room that flags a predicted delay, explains why and offers an alternative vehicle with before and after, and a driver app on the phone for the day's legs and schedule approval.

Highlights
- New design live at nesimi.co.il with the old URLs preserved
- The team publishes the site itself from the admin
The challenge
The old site had years of ranked Hebrew URLs, and a new design could have thrown that traffic away.
Copied every page and article with its original slug and built the new site as pre-rendered pages, so each old address still answers.
A film that plays on scroll is heavy on a phone.
Separate wide and tall frame sets, frames loaded gradually, and the whole effect off for reduced motion.
What was delivered
- New public site with scroll-film opening
- Admin with one-button publishing and two-step sign-in
- Dispatch screens, war room and driver app

What it taught me
- Copying the old URLs first makes a redesign safe for search
- Show an operations screen on made-up data only; the real fleet never appears on camera
