Tax Coordination and Digital Form 101: Automation for a Business with Employees

Employee-form automation should not decide eligibility or make a declaration for an employee. Its job is to ensure the employee receives a request on time, completes the form, evidence is retained, and payroll sees exceptions before calculation. The Israel Tax Authority describes Form 101 as an employee form that is also used in tax-coordination situations.

A controlled employee-intake flow

When an employee is opened, create a personal task with a secure link, due date, and explanation of required documents. The employee submits, the system performs only basic completeness checks, and the form reaches the appropriate reviewer. Do not send a complete form through ordinary email or a WhatsApp group.

Create an annual or material-change reminder when appropriate, but do not mark a form current merely because the employee opened a link. Separate statuses - sent, viewed, submitted, incomplete, reviewed, and received by payroll - prevent risky assumptions.

Tax coordination itself is a separate official procedure. The system can ask the employee to upload an approval and record receipt, but it does not replace the official route or tax advice.
